But with the help of Scrubby as our voice of reason, we’re letting people know that they no longer have to fear this dreaded chore— Scrubbing Bubbles is cleaning reinvented.

The Ask

Develop a brand campaign that showcases the innovative and easy-to-use nature of Scrubbing Bubbles.

The Insight

The things consumers say they would rather do than clean the toilet are in actuality far worse than toilet cleaning itself.

The Execution

This insight inspired the "I'd Rather" campaign, a series of TV spots and social posts that feature Scrubby as "the voice of reason" by showing how simple and worry-free toilet cleaning can be with the right products, compared to the things consumers say they would "rather be doing."

The Results

The "I'd Rather" campaign was successful in addressing the ask as well as honoring the brand's purpose of "Make Light of Life." Additional results included ...
